Hard Access Fee is $30.
There will be an additional charge called A Hard access fee charged for certain applications in homes where the unit to be worked on is situated under another unit or in a closet behind another unit requiring the removal of the encumbering unit first in order to gain access to the unit needing the work. This Fee also applies to bottom mount refrigerators/freezer. This is because in order to gain access to work on the evaporator mounted in the bottom mount freezer, removal of the drawer/door and shelving to crawl up inside the unit is required.
