Ordering parts is a commitment to complete the repairs on your Appliance unit which is why we require a prepayment for parts.

There are no refunds or returns for ordered parts. 

When we procure parts for you, the intent is that we will be installing those parts for you that we bring with us on our return trip to your job site. If you decide to change your mind for whatever reason, please do not ask us to deliver the parts to you and not be compensated for that delivery. We are not a delivery service. Our business is not geared for making deliveries or processing shipping and handling.
